K.Rajesh / Founder & Chairman
Mr.K.Rajesh(28.09.1973) is the proprietor of the company.He started his carrier on the year 1985 in the age of 12 as tinkering work assist,after that in his 13 years old he has been working as mechanical assist on 1986,later in the year 1988 on his age 15 he has been working as printing work assist,right from the year 1990 in the age of 17 he entered in to the field of carpentry and mastered the art of carpentry and still date induring it,for that he made his first step as carpenter assist, By his hardwork and determination he soon had been as a contractor.
He made his first workstation on the year 1994 in 10’x10’room M.G.R nagar,Madukarai mainroad,sundrapuram,coimbatore. His first working contract was given by Mr.Sundraswamy engineer,sarvanampatti for a VIP bungalow.Then he made his first own interior office in the year 1999 in poomarket by this growth he expand his second own office in thondamuthoor road, mungathoor,veerkeralam, coimbatore. In the same year 2006 from his dedication & consistent hardworks he earns own house in veerakeralam near his factory.
In addition, he has been honored for his professional excellence by various Top industrial chairman’s and community organisations in Coimbatore.
R.Ranjith / Chief Architect
Mr.R.Ranjith(28.04.1997) has been Partner at Kennwood interior since 2024 and heads the Architecture arm at the firm along with K.Rajesh. He graduated in the year 2020 with a B.Arch. (Bachelor of architecture) degree. His professional experience includes four years of working with Sankar & Associates at Coimbatore & Spacecraft Interiors at Bengaluru. His expertise lies in the design of Villas, Apartments, commercial complexes & hospital interiors etc, and his knowledge and experience in Architecture is well acknowledged by his peers and clients alike.
He controls projects from start to finish ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design. Using the construction “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals. Developing architecture in line with client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact.
